Turn on two-step sign-in
Updated 31 October 2026 · 2 minute read · Your HQ account · By Exclsv Support
Two-step sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from an app on your phone after your password, so a stolen password isn’t enough.
Turn it on
- In HQ, open Account. Under Security, find Two-step sign-in and choose Turn on.
- Scan the code with an authenticator app, then type the 6-digit code it shows.
- Save your recovery codes somewhere safe. Each one signs you in once if you lose your phone.
Also under Security
- Change your password: every other device is signed out.
- Signed-in devices: sign out a device you don’t recognise.
- Billing and support always ask for your password again.
If it doesn’t work
I lost my phone
Sign in with one of your recovery codes, then turn two-step sign-in off and on again with your new phone.
