Nothing is on sale yet. These are the prices we plan to charge when we open on Mon 8 Feb 2027: one subscription per server, paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If it isn’t right, cancel within 72 hours of your first purchase (one per customer) and we refund all of it.

Founder offer: 10% off your first 12 months On your first server only, for the first 200 accounts that pay, one per person; closes at 200 or on 31 March 2027. Applied at checkout. A refund doesn’t give the offer back: once you’ve had it, it counts as used, unless we couldn’t deliver your server while the offer is open. If you also have a creator code, you get whichever discount is bigger; they don’t add together.

Prices include everything. No VAT will be added to these prices. CPU: threads always yours, and how far a server bursts when the machine is quiet. A thread is half of a processor core; bursts use idle time, so they aren’t guaranteed. UK billing addresses only for now. Player numbers are the most players a server accepts.

What happens after you pay

How it will work when we open on Mon 8 Feb 2027: from checkout to your friends joining, and what you can change later.

  1. Pick a game and a size

    Choose a plan and monthly or quarterly billing. At checkout you choose to start now, or after your 14-day cancellation period and pay then.

  2. Pay the price you saw

    By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing is added at checkout, and no VAT is charged.

  3. Ready in a few minutes

    HQ sets up the game and shows the address your players join with. Bigger games take longer the first time while they download.

  4. Change it whenever you like

    Move up or down a size from HQ and see the amount before you confirm. We email you before each renewal, and you can cancel in one step.

Not right? Cancel within 72 hours of your first server being ready and we refund all of it (first purchase only, one per customer).

Add memory for the weekend

Weekend boost adds memory from Friday 16:00 to Monday 04:00 UK time, for the busy nights. Buy it from HQ on any plan, and it switches off by itself on Monday at 04:00. It’s only added if the machine has room, and there’s no charge if it can’t be.

Add any of these to a server from HQ, on any plan. Each one is added to that server’s subscription and charged for the days left.

Pause a server

Pause your server for £1 a month. Your world, backups and address stay exactly as they are, for up to 3 months. Start it again whenever you like, from Billing in HQ.

We remind you 14 days and 3 days before a pause ends. Ending a pause never charges you by surprise: if you do nothing, the plan ends and your world is kept as a final backup for 30 days.

Every server runs in the UK

We have one region at launch, the UK. Servers there run on an AMD Ryzen CPU with 128 GB of DDR4 ECC memory, NVMe storage and always-on network DDoS protection.

Refunds and cancelling

Can I get my money back if it isn’t right?

Yes. Cancel within 72 hours of your first purchase (one per customer) and we refund all of it, to the card or account you paid with.

What about the 14-day right to cancel?

The law gives you 14 days to cancel any new order. At checkout you choose: start your server now, or start after the 14 days (and pay then). If you start now and cancel within 14 days, we refund the part you haven’t used.

What happens if I cancel later?

Cancel any time from Billing in HQ, in one step. The server keeps running to the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Nothing renews after that.

What if a payment fails?

We email you the same day. If it is still unpaid, the server is suspended on day 3, we remind you on days 7 and 14, and it is deleted on day 17. Paying before day 17 brings it back. After deletion a final backup is kept for 30 days.

Can I pause a server instead of cancelling?

Yes, once your 14-day cancellation period is over. Pause your server for £1 a month. Your world, backups and address stay exactly as they are, for up to 3 months, and you can start it again whenever you like. If you do nothing when the pause ends, the plan ends and nothing more is charged.

Can I change plan or billing period?

Yes, from HQ. Moving up charges the difference for the days left; moving down pays the difference back to your card, or keeps it as credit if you prefer. You see the amount before you confirm.

Do the founder offer and creator codes add together?

No. If you have both, you get whichever is bigger. The founder offer is 10% off your first 12 months, on your first server only, for the first 200 accounts that pay (one per person); it closes at 200 or on 31 March 2027.

If I get a refund, can I use the founder offer again?

No. Once you’ve had the founder offer it counts as used, even if you cancel and get a refund, and it can’t be claimed again on another account or card. The one exception: if we couldn’t deliver your server, the refund gives the offer back while it is still open. Everything else about the refund is unchanged.
