Palworld server not in the community list (Xbox, PS5)
Updated 24 October 2026 · 2 minute read · Palworld · By Exclsv Support
Xbox and PS5 players can’t type an address: they find your server by name in Palworld’s community server list. So the server has to be listed, and it needs a password.
What to check
- In HQ, check crossplay and “Show in community servers” are on.
- Give the server a name nobody else uses, so console players can find it.
- Restart, then wait a few minutes: the list takes a while to update.
Set a password
A listed server is public, so anyone can see it. Set a server password and give it to your friends; HQ asks you to set one when the server is listed.
PC players
On PC, players don’t need the list: choose Join Multiplayer Game, paste the address from HQ and enter the password.
If it doesn’t work
Console players see the server but can’t join
Everyone needs the same Palworld version as the server. Ask them to update the game, then try again.
